Myspace - New Music Downloads Available

Myspace is now letting online users listen to music online for free but pay for downloads. Myspace members are now able to build up long playlists of their favourite tracks.

Myspace is hoping that this will be popular to all users and will bring in extra cash.

Sony BMG, Universal, Warner and EMI are all backing up myspace with their new launch.

Though Apples itunes are at the moment the dominant music downloader, they see myspaces idea as a threat.

Currently myspace only has a few thousand tracks available but they state that this will increase as the partner labels open up their archives to it.
